We decided to do, two direct composite veneers to close the space. The procedure was done that day. A nice cost effective treatment that took less than an hour.

Screw Retained Lower Denture
With a fixed denture, the new teeth are fitted to a frame that is screwed into the implants in the lower jaw. This denture will use 4 implants, and the screws will fit through the 4 access holes in the denture.
The fixed denture in place attached to the implants. Screw retained lower dentures restores the function and appearance of your teeth and gives the patient confidence that the denture will stay in place and not move when chewing.
